Quebec appicants- Areas of training

Hello,

I have a small query. I have competed my Master degree ( Post Graduate) in Mechanical Engineering within 5 years ( September, 2007) of my application ( August, 2011) for permanent residence in Quebec. But, I have completed my bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering before more than five years( July, 2004). Will I be eligible to get points for training as well as for Master of mechanical engg. or my application get faster processing?

I have 4.5 years experience in Software engineering  and not in Mechanical engineering within 5 years.

As Bachelor degree in mechanical Engineering is listed in list of  area of training Pdf file. That's why I am making the question. ( Master or post graduate degree is higher than Bachelor degree)
