my application is 2/Nov/2010 but I am uae resident they still August 2010 application,
They will call you soon, you still have lot of time to wait after CSQ, see these are Damasucs

They say 10 months in London office for UAE but many waiting too since 3 years

I sent my documents in Oct 2010 and recieved the letter in December 2010 with the file number
I am afraid they skipped mine or sent something that I didnt' recieve !

Yesterday I received a call from my consultan from Montreal & I would like to share it with you it coud be useful.

She asked me to sit for ILETS & repeat TCFaQ or TEFaQ because any they are not giving adaptability points,any applicant
with points shortage more than 1 point are getting refused. Most of her applicants getting refused   in all BIQ same procédure

They want proof that the applicant will stay in Quebec & will not move to Federal since Quebec has the higest taxes in Canada

But she said now after CSQ process became faster not like before  


my tefaq result next week, I will share the result if its good or bad

Dear Friends

First of all I would thanks to Ricoluna a special person i discoverd and all others supporting each other. I went on to the race like you all unknowing the result.
Since the luck lines are different of every person nobody knows what will happen next, I spent two years in high hopes and now unexplanable. Those who know me know my efforts. Most painful part is that i kept high hopes of my childern as well.

I applied for CSQ in Aug-2010 and got AOR OCT-2010, got interview call for CSQ for May-2012, appeared in interview with 61 points, hoping to get minimum 3 to 4 points in adaptability but interviewer considered nothing my being honest, efforts, interest in Qubec, and my preparation. He hold our result for review and ater a month, he sent me a refuse letter day before yesterday.

I am rejected for only one point.

I am sorry to share this news to those who are preparing for CSQ interview.

This is perhaps my last post on this forum. I wish you all the best of life & career and immigration process ahead. if any one of you need my help may contact me at mazharhussaen @ gmail.com

How un-justifiable it is for someone who has created his world around just one idea, of immigrating to canada and for this he has invested all his time, money, emotions in this one idea.

Pls dont worry, if you wish to migrate to canada, this is not the end of road, my friend.
Check other options such as FSW, PNP, STUDY VISA etc. New NOC list for MI-5 for FSW is just 1 week away to be declared.

He was absolutely correct, when he quotes several times the same thing which happened with mazharhussen.

They can reject people for just 1 point shattering all their dreams, all their hopes and all efforts.

It is so cruel.

Actually we knew about that sad story before mazhar posted it, thats why you see everyone doing and upgrading french results.

Seriously they are refusing everyone who doesnt have proof for 55 or 63 points.

Mazhar deserves it but they play with the adaptability points, I know a lot who were refused in UAE but not on forum.
