I am in abu dhabi, I applied on Nov 2010 and till now I am waiting for my interview.

Why dont you try to Federal? since your English is good, as mentioned on cic web processing time 12 months and to Quebec to get CSQ takes 22 months then you have to apply to Federal application.
 
I have my friend she had her interview in abu dhabi and medical test and it expired and till now didnt get call to stamp her visa.

alliance francais in abu dhabi takes 6000 AED for each level course to take A1 and A2 you need to spend 12000 AED.

Does it deserve? what do you think,

remember all uae applicants, you have to convince them during your interview, they ask why you didnt choose english federal canada ?

all my friends we asked this question, and they ask your living in very hot city, can you adopt living in very cold place?

so you have 16 points education and 6 points experience 16 points age and 1 point finance  = 39 points

so youlll need 10 more points which is english 6 points and 4 for french so get A2 level

now you should do the A2 level test, I heard the TEFAQ since its only listening and speaking, and only these 2 parts are needed easier than TEF.

because TEFAQ is for Quebec only.

did you try New Zealand is very easy takes 3-4 months for interview in hong kong

to Hungry also , for UAE very easy to go any place

Yesterday I received my Degree Equivalence in Quebec and years of education remained the same    so I got full points of education

I submitted it on November 2010 and on 29 March 2012 completed and yesterday was delivered to me.

Everything was mentioned on it including my filenumber of AOR.

They also asking me for my new residence visa in UAE

Seems my inteview should be so close,

They told me that your first landing you can take with you everything you have including car for free tax (only first landing)

Hello Affy, can u send me al ur details so i can calculate ur points dear??? i understood u have a sister in Canada, this will also give u 3 points? Where is she living?Tcf 250 is v good, but u must bring a teacher and have permanent conversation till ur exam.Good luck

Affy my opinion is that u have good points , u can apply and i am sure u'll obtain the immigration. Unfortunately u'll obtain no points for ur sister as she lives in Ontario,,,,and it will be little hard to convince them that u are going to live in quebec and not going to Ontario after u obtain ur visa...i don't know if is a good ideea telling about ur sister but u can not lie as well...maybe u can tell u are not in good relations..i don't know
Ur points are like this : 16 Education, 8 experience, 16 for ur age, 5 points for english...and if u obtain A1 in TCFQ u'll get 2 points. Till now u have 47 points ( minimum requirement is 40 )...u'll get 1 more point for  financial funds ..u have 48....mmmm u need 49 points to pass....so ur only chance is to obtain more than A1 in TCF exam.If u obtain A1 in oral and A2 in comprehension this will bring u 4 points...and ur file will be OK.With 4 points in french u'll have 50 points and during the interview u MUST obtain 5 for adaptability.5 from 6..u must be well prepared. Affy nothing is impossible, study well and send ur file.
Have a good day and keep in mind U MUST OBTAIN AN A2 LEVEL IN UR EXAM.
