Hello JET...do not let people worry...it's wrote clear in the article that u have post that "The applications being returned are currently only from the FSW program.".....Quebec also limited the future applications...but no one can eliminate us....if u have ur CSQ u apply for federal in normal conditions..it has nothing to do...
If they wanna eliminate us they will do it during the interview |

i am not talking about the article I am talking about the fact that they can eliminate us at any time just like they eliminated 300,000 applicants. i am on panic mode right now and i will start preparing for the worst. we have a friend yma who got his medicals and we didn't get anything although we applied before him, so maybe they are preparing something to eliminate us who knows, hope for the best but the worst might be right next door. fk that i don't care about anything anymore, i've had it, i will just keep on living like i didn't apply almost 3 years ago because i can't take this sh!t anymore.. it's too much |

Jet, If it will make you feel any better, the files they are returning are the federal files that exceeded the quota they need. As you might know the Federal Skilled Worker immigration they announce 20 professions every year and they accept only 1000 applications for each professions and they return the rest back. so relax keep your faith it is a matter of time till your turn comes focus more on your french language skills, live and enjoy your life wherever you are and don't wait till you are in Canada to enjoy it. |

2 years and 10 months of waiting !! my french is excellent, but i want this to end positively or negatively i don't care anymore, i just want it to end i don't fkn care how, so i can move on with my life and focus on something or on purpose to achieve and not stay hanging and under the mercy of countries and embassies. |

Dear friends I have an advice, if any applicants could live his life as usual without thinking that he got a file number , it would be much better ..... don't ever waste any chance any opportunity for an illusion or a dream that might come true... in my experience, I applied in 2006, got my CSQ in sept 2008 ... so 44 months of waiting for nothing .. I wasted many opportunities for nothing .... I don't know if they might return my application as it seems that they have the right to do whatever they want ... my CSW expired, my medical expired, Damascus closed, Beirut lazy .... so go on in your lives and enjoy it and let everything as god's will          2 years and 10 months of waiting !! my french is excellent, but i want this to end positively or negatively i don't care anymore, i just want it to end i don't fkn care how, so i can move on with my life and focus on something or on purpose to achieve and not stay hanging and under the mercy of countries and embassies.

44 MONTH AFTER U GET UR CSQ??? IT MAY BE SOMETHING WRONG....AS I CAN OBSERVE U DID UR MEDICALS TOO...IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH UR MEDICALS? HAVEN'T U CONTACT THEM? PLS GIVE US MORE DETAILS..

Dear Ricoluna and Mazhar,
I am new on this post and I guess the most unlucky one.I would like to explain my situation so that you guys or anyone on the forum would help me out with your best advices.
I had decided for applying for Canadian Immigration in the year 2010.I was heading to apply through FSW and hence I gave my IELTS in September 2010.I scored a 7.0 , Later I came to know that Federal Skilled Worker does not have my profession MECHANICAL ENGINEERING in their list.So I lost all hopes and did not check about it again.But just a few months back I came to know I still had a chance in QSW.But unfortunately I didn't have prior French Knowledge.I am zero on French.But then rules changed again and now they ask for French test TEFAQ.The scenario is like this - My IELTS is valid till Sept 2012.And I am not in a position to give TEFAQ pretty soon.So I needed advice...Can I send in my application and then later on submit my TEFAQ, atleast that way I don't have to give IELTS again.Right now I have enough points even without French Language.
I know I should have applied before December, but unfortunately because of my personal circumstances I couldnot concentrate on this.Please advice me on my course of action ahead.Would be highly grateful.
