Dear all,
CIC Ottawa office had approved quarterly operational data in June 2011 and now make it public about 1 hour ago. Please find below the latest quarterly data released by CIC.

CIC aims to issue PR visas to post June 25, 2010 at highest priority along with final stage backlog/SAP PR applications in 3rd quarter of 2011.
*CHC London is in a position to finalise all the SAP 2007 PR applications by October 2011 which have already undergone & submitted all the medical examination results. The same is the case for post June 25, 2010 PR applications. A small number of SAP 2007 PR applications which are awaiting for issuance of medical instructions are still on temporary hold until the release of immigration plan 2012 on November 01, 2011 but there is a good chance that CHC London will start issuing medical instructions / additional documentations to them by fall 2011. The remaining SAP 2007/2008 PR applications at CHC London are still on hold until further instructions from Canadian Parliament/CIC Minister.
*Moreover, CHC London will compile all the pending fast track PR applications i.e., post February 27, 2008 & post June 25, 2010 in one queue from November 2011 onwards however post July 01, 2011 PR applications will be processed within one year of initial application submission date.
*There is also a good reason that CIC will issue a new instruction in near future to process backlog PR applications as per NOCs i.e., max 200 applications/NOC in one year. This new instruction for backlog PR applications will help CIC to finish all the pending fast track PR applications in the next 2 years.

Thanks very much Nectar for the info.I am a 2007 applicant of London, done with meds almost 8 months ago but still waiting for PPR.But my NOC is included in the current list of 29 occupations,do you think that I should mail CHC London and request them to expedite my case as my NOC is included in current list. How much are the chances that they will try to accommodate and are the above instructions in force now or waiting to be imposed at a future date.Moreover are they valid for applicants of any specific timeline? Thanks |

Dear newcomer, I do hope that all the final stage SAP 2007 PR applications at CHC London will be finalised in 3rd quarter 2011. I will only suggest you to contact CHC London in case you won't get a correspondence by late August 2011. Good Luck ! Nectar |

I got my 2nd AOR on the 12th of August 2010 and in process from 22nd March with Pending review inside.
Do you think I will get medicals this year?

Dear jugapper, 1- Fast Track PR applications- post February 27, 2008 to June 25, 2010 2- I assume you are among pending SAP 2007/2008 PR applicants at CHC London therefore the processing timeframe of your application is conditional upon new instructions from CIC Minister which is likely to be announced by late 2011.
