Qualified or not?

HI guys,

I just wanna know if there's anyone there who can help me clarify whether I ca qualify migrating to canada...

Im 33 yrs old..
Finished 2 bachelor degree...
work before as social worker...
now working as n nurse --->cap reached for nurses;(
single
ielts score L: 7.5;  S: 7; W: 6; R: 5.5 --->    1st) can i get 12 points from this score?

2nd) can I apply as social worker even if im currently working already as a nurse? since there's no mre slot for nurses...

If you have worked as a social worker for at least 1 year continuously within the last 10 years, you could apply under that or as a licensed practical nurse if that also fits your job description but it looks like the caps for them are almost full too.  Your other option is waiting until July 1st when the caps reset and apply then.  Are you ready to apply now, IELTS done, police clearances done etc.?
