Qualification Mismatch

Hi

I have 4 years experience as a Restaurant manager but holds only a one year diploma in hospitality management & three year bachelor degree in Art's. Is my qualification is a constraint while applying for federal skilled worker category.

no there is no problem. It's not a regulated profession, therefore you don't need a relevant degree.
Since you have the required experience you will be fine.
