I am planning on applying for the QSW program and wanted to make sure I have everything I need for the application packet. Sorry if this has already been answered. I tried searching through the forums and could not find my answer maybe will also be beneficial to other people here.

This is what I have:
1. Application for a Québec Selection Certificate (applicant and spouse)

2. Financial self-sufficiency (Contract respecting financial self-sufficiency)

3. Declaration by spouse or de facto spouse

4. Fees (Applicant $390/Spouse $150 )

5. Updated CV for applicant and spouse

6. Studies and training (applicant and spouse)
* a copy of all diplomas or certificates for secondary, post-secondary and/or university studies, arranged and stapled in descending chronological order (the most recent document appearing first);
* a copy of all academic transcripts for each of your years of study, including the present year, excluding primary studies, arranged and stapled in descending chronological order;

7. Original and up-to-date letters of reference from your past and current employers for the past 5 years.

8. Proof of Language Proficiency

9. Proof of funds:
* original letter(s) from your bank(s) and/or other financial institution(s) confirming the type(s) and current balance(s) of the account(s) you hold
* copies of monthly bank statements showing deposits and withdrawals for the 6 months prior to the submission of you application

10. Police Certificates and Clearances

11.Statutory documents
* a copy of your marriage certificate, if you are married;
* a copy of your birth certificate and that of each person accompanying you;
stapled photocopies of identification pages of your passport and that of each person accompanying you (with valid residence permit, where applicable).

how will you pay the fee ??  and how much bank balance are you showing with the bank statement.. as saving

Payment information is listed on the immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/biq/new-york/dcs-workers/list-documents.html website

I believe the amount needed in your bank account is listed on the 'Contract respecting financial self-sufficiency' form someone please correct me if I am wrong


Does anyone know if what I have listed is a complete list for the QSW application packet?

i believe you must include a copy of
Application for permanent residence in Canada (IMM 0008)
 with the package.

I was under the impression the permanent residence application is filed after obtaining the visa and entering the country.

The required docs vary depending on the BIQ that u'll send ur application package to.

You can verify the required docs on Quebec Immigration site.
