Qrax, Rocky, PMM , Seniors..Pls Advise. Old form or New form ? Pre June 26th

Hello,

I come under the Pre June 26th set of cases. I need to send my form/documents to VO, ND now.
I need to add some details on the form which were omitted while submitting to CIO . Explanation was given to CIO ( For Eg, Infants passport details. I could not fill as baby was new born etc )

Now, In the email I received from CIO, it points to link containing new forms with very slight changes.

Should I update the old forms I had sent to CIO or should I re-do them on the new forms and send them to VO ?

Ps. Midway through the process I was going to give up. Thanks to the encouragement from the form (qorax and others), I worked hard and managed all documents.  I hate the system in India. They make you pay bribe and rn around a 100 times for PP, PCC, Transcripts, certificates, mark sheet, birth certificate etc.. Its not easy with an infant, work pressure etc...
