Hello All,

This is super urgent, I need your advice in this. CIC london sent an email and asked me for the qatar police letter and clearly mentioned that they are in process of finalizing my application. PLEASE READ THIS::::::::::::::

Please be advised that we are in the process of finalising your permanent residence application.  In order for you to continue processing your file, we will require updated Qatar police clearances and valid Qatar visas for you and your spouse.  Please note that your medical results will expire on the 14 June 2011.  In order for us to be able to complete the process before your medical results expire, please provide us with the scanned copy of the documents requested and send us the original Qatar police clearances when we request for your passports later.

NOW: since yesterday I have sent 5 emails to london-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca with the attached scan papers. AND 6 times I used the webmail system to send them an email with the attachments. Today morning I called the CIC london office and the operator asked me to record the messege in the voice mail system. whenever i sent an email to them before , i always get the automatic computer generated email recieved confirmation, but this time there was no confirmation, I am not sure if CIC have recieved the sent documents or not, if not then please tell me what should I do?Huh

If I dont get the automatic computer generated email recieved confirmation is that OK?Huh? or do u think I should send the Document via DHL before the PPR?Huh please need your suggestions in URGENT.....................

sometimes you don't get automated reply but the email is actually received. it happened in my case. don't panic. you can send another email telling them that you did send email already and wasn't sure if it was delivered..
