Qorax/seniors your suggestion is required please

I am pasting my previous two threads in this post which have background and detail for the question which I want to ask, Kindly read the pasted  posts below and then answer the question which is Bold Italic at the end.


i am in big truoble and  badly need your advices, here the story:

we are two family members.I received PPr request on 7th jan 2011,on  10th jan2011 i submitted passports to chc

islamabad. 0n 17th jan 2011, i received phone call from chc islamabad that they need my

additional wedding photographs+post marraige pics+marriage dvd. i told to that person i have

 already submitted 15pics of my wedding in nov 2009 in responce of your letter. further more

i have submitted police verification of my husband's stay in germany in May 2010.but the

person on phone told me that he did not yet see the police report and now he will check.

in reponce of phone call,i submitted the additional wedding pics, post wedding pics and

wedding dvd yesterday. though i have few post wedding pics.My nikah nama(marrriage

certificate is registered with union council and stamped by Majistrate of area and foreign

office.and i have submitted Original marriage certificates(both in english and urdu) in sep

2009. wats other proofs i can provide???

we have only one day marriage function due to less days,as my husband have to leave for

germany after three weeks.

if embassy was not satisfied with our proofs, then why they send us PPr, and if they did't

review our file properly before sending ppr then whats our fault?

 my medical done on 6th feb 2010.now we are extremely tensed what to do as our all things

are original.but unluckily we stuck..............



 
i extremely need your advice what to do now,my time lines are as follows

initial application to chc islamabad:july 2008
Documents requested:March 2009
Documents sent:July 2009
Spouse added:September 2009(as i got married in august 2009), in sep2009 i send original

english marriage certificate to embassy
Provisional acceptance:Oct 2009
Spouse additional documents:Nov 2009
Original urdu nikah nama(in responce of embassy letter):25th jan 2010
medical requested:28jan2010
medical done:6th feb,2010
police verification of my husband's stay in germany(5months):may 2010,  though embassy did't

demand but for the safe side i inform to embassy about my husband's return from germany

along with police verification,because when i added my husband, he was in germant at that

time

PPr request:7th jan 2011

i dont know what will be the embassy responce now but now im

feeling helpless because i have provided all the things in time and at the eleventh hour my

case stuck............dont know for how long

After the submission of dvd and pics, CIC asked us to submit PCC for spouse ONLY and updated schedule 1 form for both Principle Applicant and Spouse. We sent it also but no response yet. Our medical has expired on 6th feb.

Now we have also gone through Re-medical. My wife has her father's name in her passport instead of mine.  My question is, Should my wife replace her father name with husband (I mean my) name in her Passport now at this stage? Would it make more suspicious to them or it would strengthen our case? Please give your suggestion??

There's no need to 'change' or 'add' the husband's name in the wife's pps - now or earlier or later... it makes no difference under what name the wife goes. As now that u have taken the reMeds [under your VO's fresh directions] & have submitted the updated docs [PCC] as requested -- u should be fine... just wait for its processing and u'd hear from them soon.

As now that u have taken the reMeds [under your VO's fresh directions] & have submitted the updated docs [PCC] as requested -- u should be fine... just wait for its processing and u'd hear from them soon.

as i told you that embassy suspected about our marital relationship that's y we were bit cautious and thought to have my wife's passport with my name.

o buddy don't panic. if embassy is suspecious they will ask you but you have a valid point and they must be aware of the system in pakistan (husband or wife name). like qorax said just wait and see hopefully everything will be fine. don't change any name or anything and avoid superstitious things coming in your mind.
