Regarding my case - CHC has inquired about my sons' date of birth , there were two  different days in his passport and his date of certificate issued by metropolitan city office ..

Actual date is mentioned in passport only ...

Please advise - shall I go to metropolitan office and change his date of both and forward it to chc

Will there be a problem ..Please advise

I dont see any reasons why u r delaying to go to metropolitan office. U should go there n made corrections ASAP.
Afterall, its just one day work.

Thank You lamhey ...It was a great help ..

I have already gone to Metropolitan City office and corrected my sons' birth certificate .They ahve corrected easily because it was a typing error from their side only..

Now I will be forwarding explanation letter with a reason of discrepancy  , minor certificate issued by Ministry of home affairs , Birth certificate issued by Maternity Hospital and off course original birth certificate issued by Metropolitan office .. All these documents are translated and notarised copies ....

All these documents have same and correct date of birth now ..

Is this fine  ??...

Qorax : is this fine and hopefully they will release my landing papers soon ..Do U have any idea how long will they take as documents will reach on Monday

Just to inform you that ... Documents related to birth certificate will reach CHC today ...

CHC letter says only to submit birth certificate documents only ...Does it mean they are through with everything as my passports ,rprf  and medicals ?
