hello Qorax i received the caips today
plz let me know these things

PSDEC 1
SELDEC 4
BDEC   (empty)
OREQ 0
meddec 0
findec 0

my medical extended till nov 2012

SEC (empty)
CRM 1

and the thing which hit me most in the notes is

vo note is
Canada name check returned with error message  (march)2011
resend canada name check again
received message from RCMP error in Family name (april 2011)
resend canada name check again
received message from rcmp stating query incomplete (april 2011)

whats happening here which holds me upp here

and my bring forward date is 31 jan 2012 two days before what u think i didnot heare any thing yet

When you gave medical dear? And how come ur medical is extended?

From which VO you are?

4. This is the time your file was sent to 'PSM' [a staff's initials] for 'micr-filming'.
5. Microlocator is the cell where our files get micro-filmed, for posterity!
6. Till the time another 'major' action is done - this line would be there everywhere.
7. SECCRIM suggests that u r cleared for Criminality [it's not Security Checks].
8. Yes, meds is cleared, on ??/11/2011.
9. BDEC will occur after the Security Checks return concluded.
10. MDEC isn't logged yet... it'll be done later - happens with many.

i was reading ur post u posted to some one else
i was thinking sec crim differently now i understood it is same word

my fingerprints were send to rcmp long time ....... so this means BDEC is empty im right

For some unfortunate reason ur erstwhile FOSS check returned U/K [unknown] -- and that kicked-in further processes... with RCMP yet unable to offer a solution/satisfactory report - ur case is stuck.

I'd suggest u to approach ur local MPP to fire-up the processing. I guess I had advised that earlier to u as well.
