You have to return your passports and the visa, and wait for instructions from the visa office. It will probably be submit an amended application adding the child, amend you and your spouses Imm 5406, copy of the childs passport, fee, and wait for medical instructions.  If you "land" without the above, the child will not be a member of the family class and can't be sponsored.

to mrprice:

1. U need to add the baby in your case file.
2. Get his/her PRVs [after completion of all formalities].
3. Else, u aren't supposed to fly.
4. If u do 'land' w/out the baby -- s/he can NEVER be sponsored by u. 'Coz, s/he isn't a PR.
5. If u do try to 'sponsor' him/her - u risk losing your PR as well... due to CMF*.
