Well I took 5 litres of Holy water from Saudi Arabia to the US last year, so I guess it should be no problem to take it to Canada.

Hi ss1886,

Thanks for writing, so you have bring as a carry on luggage or checked luggage?

Because i think all airline's didn't allow to bring any liquids in carry on luggage?

So if you have bring in checked luggage, then you bring spereately or insert in you Checked luggage?

Thanks once again....

A little more than 100 ml liquid is not objected in some countries bu hand carry  but a gallon or less in checked baggage also cause unnecessary harrasments at the airport. The security screening will find so much liquid in the baggage and perhaps you may have to open, show and explain what is the content.  Saudi Arabian airports are liberal in the matter of allowing the passengers to carry sumsum water in the flights. At London and Brussels airports they are not allowing to pass the security gate with small drinking water.

This "Holy Water" is available in Canada in most grocery stores of your ethnicity. It is used in many religious ceremonies and worships. Save yourself the weightage and bring something that you will really need (eg. a pressure cooker...very expensive here).

Hi Wilson, Cheesy

Thanks for writing and guidance...really appreciated....I'm thinking to take along with me in checked bagged a 1 litre bottle of Holy Water...now i think i can take chance to bring mine holy water in checked bagged....i think in mine home country (India) I can pass the security check and if security stop me that mine checked bagged they have found some liquid, i can explain that I'm taking mine religion holy water becuase i am going to settle in another country and will not come back for the next 3 years definately....

definately i not will prefer London as mine flight stop over because you are true ...i heard from so many word of mouths that London is having very tight security check.....I prefer any other European country as mine stop over and then land straight to Toronto, mine destination to settle down.....

Once again thanks Wilson for guidance....

The Airline asked me to get the water bottle packed in a plastic bag to avoid spills, the plastic foil packing for liquids was available on Jeddah Airport and costed me 5 Rayals. The Airline then booked it in my luggage and were kind not to count the (5 litres) holy water's weight, as I already had full weight in my checked in luggage
