i just want to ask that can we order the entire file through http://caipsnotes.com/Entire_File.shtml AFTER WE GET OUR VISA STAMPED?

OR

we have to order it before the decision has been made/visa stamped???

Hi Sherry,

You can order CAIPS at any time - During and after the processing of your PR application. It is ideal to order for CAIPS once you have completed your RBVO status because it is likely that VO might have gone through your file and has entered some information that would be available on CAIPS.

Depending on when you apply for CAIPS all the information would be available till that date the VO entered your info.
