Anybody would like to comment......

I am living in Pakistan and my visa office is London. I have researched this forum and found out for people living in Pakistan it takes longest time than other countries to process their cases. I have hardly seen just few Pakistani residents who got visas recently rest everybody is waiting for lengthy background checks doesn't matter if they are post june, pre june or post july etc

If we compare other countries like India, Bangladesh or Srilanka they are very fast for example New delhi visa office is the fastest and for people living in India its happening so quickly and even for New delhi visa office people get Medicals+PPR together while London visa office never issues Medicals + PPR together, just Medicals.

What are the reasons?

Don't want to sound critical,
 
1. London Visa office handles economic class immigration of countries like Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and some more. It handles perhaps the highest amount of visa application after perhaps Buffalo Visa office & New Delhi Visa office.
2. You have to admit that people from middle east and Pakistan will be having more background checks than people from  other places(maybe they are involving FBI, NSA, Interpol, etc rather than just the local police for checks).
