Bring Forward Date on CAIPS was set for 20/1/ 2013 in this thread is this possible?

Yes, it's possible.
Quite often, if the file is in a queue - the VO marks a BF'D as a "deadline". It's not the normal BF'D, when the VO would only open the file. It's like a "reminder" to him/her, as to a date when s/he "must open" that file. The probability of that case actually concluding earlier than that BF'D is very high.

I have the BF'D <paper file sent to: LJB BF FILE TO “PS ON 20-01-2013"> on CAIPS note... do you have the same ?please let me know
