Anybody got any case where Canadian High Commission called their relatives in Canada and asked them about the applicants history when we provide 5 points for relatives in Canada, Do CHC call relatives and question them about applicant's background?

They check about them but dont call them.
However their is no harm in updating them.

i have never heard of anyone mentioning on here that they call them but i am pretty sure they have the right to call them. They have the right to do quite a bit to verify stuff.

Please don't expect me to answer if your post title has urgent in it and it is not really urgent. Urgent is 911 or you have a definite deadline tomorrow, not that you would like to send in the application soon
