Thanks for your comment on my previous post. I think I still need your help on understanding this issue better.
Like I said in my previous post, I had my first medical on July 2010 and further medical in sept. and nov.respectively. January 2011 I was asked to pay landing fee, and update my personal history in march 2011.
In may 2011 I wrote my lawyer to find out the status of my application and he told me that background check is going on and that it is only when is cleared that they will request for re medical .
In October I was requested for a second medical which I did same October. My ecas is still showing in progress with no medical received. If the background check has cleared before request for second medical and is more than three months I had second medical, what do suggest Qorax may be the reason for further delay?

Ur security clearance/s haven't come thru yet. A PPR cannot be issued w/out that. U may ask for case progress update directly from ur VO; and might fetch ur GCMS notes too.
