Qorax please help

Hi Qorax, First of all thanks again fr being so helpful.
My question is that I had sent my PP's to ND for stamping 2 weeks back (FSW).
Since today afternoon, whenever I try to check my status, the ECAS webpage says "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided."

Please guide as to whats happened? Also last date (probably the BF date too) to send my PP's was 2 days back Friday but I sent them  2 weeks back. By when can I expect stamped PP's back ? Also is the status glitch common?

Hey Raafia,

This is not the reason. He must be busy somewhere otherwise he would have replied you. Don't take it that way you need to pamper him to get answers. Try sending him Private message.

Dear Send him a private message. He might not have seen your question or don't have answer of your question. I know him personally he is a very good person and he is not biased.

1. U should be receiving them back anytime now... it takes 3-4 weeks max.
2. Don't get perturbed with the e-Cas... it's known to be erratic for quite sometime now [software upgradation].

With me there's a 80-90% chance that I'd reply. For the rest 10-20% it could be due to the following:
1. I usually do not visit other threads nowadays, due to time constraints, but reach my previous ones as I get an email alerts.
2. I might genuinely have no answer to a specific query.
3. I might be out-of-station, on business, & didn't visit this forum [had to do it for a month recently].
4. I might have missed the post due to oversight.
5. Besides, I'm not always online.

Anyway, pls accept my apologies for having hurt u.
And if u could - then kindly repost the query here... I'd try to give it a go.

If you had more than one name in your Surname / Lastname then they are jumbling it.

The same thing happend to me also.
