Qorax or other experts please help, question of marriage when PR "In Process"

I am from Honduras, Visa Office is Guatemala, applying as Quebec Skilled Worker and I have done my medical exams in August, waiting time for Guatemala is 29 months so I have no clue when I will get passport request. In the meantime I have met and fallen in love with a girl from Malaysia. I am planning on moving there in late March or April of next year and we will get married there. If I haven't gotten my passport request by that time, I should notify the Guatemala VO that my address and status from single to married has changed and my question is should we send my future wife's application to the Kuala Lumpur Office since she is Malaysian? And also If I get my passport request before we get married, would it be wiser to wait and get my Visa 1st? Thanks in advance for your replies...

1. As she'd be your spouse [once u get married] - your dependent - she'd be added into your case file. Thus, all her docs would go to your VO, ie. Guatemala. Not KL-Malaysia.

2. If u remain unmarried as u get your PPR - the wisest thing would be to postpone the marriage - land in Canada (alone) - wait for sometime (say 6 months) - come back to your homeland (or wherever) - get married - return to Canada (again alone) - AND file her application (FC).
