qorax sir Iam a jan 2011 applicant in fsw
my medicals were done in mid of Nov2011 and medical received line was added on first week of DEC 2011. my dd  was en cashed by NDVO  in first week of DEC. passport were sent along with dd. since then iam waiting for my visa. P cc were also submitted.

I worked in middle east for two years and worked on cruise ship for four years. from your posts i came to know applicants with travel history  take long time.  please tell me how long ndvo will take to finalize my case and when i will get my passports. my consultant suggested me files of   applicant with middle east experience take long time to get clearance after medicals. is it true. i have also submitted pcc from muscat along with other documents.

After the medical received lines are added to ecas is there any chances  of visa refusal . can they check my funds in bank because i have used some of them

please help

1. Chances of refusal r bleak... a rarity @ this stage... u r more likely to go thru than be short-changed.
2. Yes, a bigger travel history means longer security check/s.
3. U should give 3 months [usually] from the meds submission to have ur pps back.

U r almost there... Relax!

1. Yes, u can... but better avoid. 'Coz u'd definitely need them while landing -- and that's pretty close.
2. Ur IO is unlikely to question u about ur POF @ this stage. But pls read: it is 'unlikely' - not 'will not'.
