Dear Qorax

Need you help please if you don't mind

I landed in Toronto to finish our PR formalities and came back  within a week to London on 07/02/2011. As I have to give 3 months notice with my uk employer(given friends address for PR card) and we are going to India next week for 2 months then perm moving to Canada. Today  my wife received her PR card and I got a red letter to attend CIC office to re-take photos.

1 can I apply for Travel Document from India (I got PR from London office) before 2 months of my travel date to Canada from India.

2 Question  14 on IMM5524E – Travel Doc

Give Details of what I have been doing during last 5 years. If you became a PR less then 5 years ago list the employment from the time You became PR – Present**  As I became PR on 01/feb/2011 & I will be  working  until 01/april /2011 in London with my previous employer so can I mention this OR  is this going to be a problem about coming back from Canada and working with my previous employer  in London  again....

It will not be a problem since you still meet the residency requirements.  If you had to land before PR visa expiry and then go back to finish out a work contract, I am sure that is pretty common.
