1. U should info your VO on it asap, w/out fear.
2. There's no difference between a 'cook & 'chef' - except the latter being a qualified professional, read here:
http://www.differencebetween.net/miscellaneous/difference-between-cook-and-chef/
3. Whether u r an EC, or CDP, or a Commis... it really doesn't matter as long as u r operating in F&B (Production) dept. of the Hospitality industry.

1. The BF'Ds r based on the VO's work. Usually u'd have a couple of BF'Ds before anything is asked or sent. Thus, it wouldn't make any cognizable difference on your processing if u send those infos.

2. Yes, send those... either electronically or by paper post.

Dear members today on an email London office reply that we had
send you an email on November 2010 for updation of document, the
deadline 4 it is over on March 2011. Now London office will take the decision about it.

My question is that I didn't receive any such mail, I send them various mails in Dec
and in Jan regarding updation of documents but they said to wait 4 the turn. What I do now???

To Qorax,

I received this email:

This is in response to your recent email enquiring about the status of your application.

Please be advised that a letter requesting the submission of your documents was sent on ญญญ10/11/2010 to the following email address:

The deadline for submission of your documents has passed.  A new deadline will not be given.  However, your file is presently open.  Documents received while the file is open will be considered.  Please be aware that processing realities mean that we are not usually able to review applications immediately after the deadline for receipt of documents has passed.  However, do keep in mind that when applications are finally brought before an officer for review, a decision will be taken based on only what has been received by this office at that time. The visa officer will then make a decision, based on the information and documents on your file, to approve your application, refuse it or call you in for an interview.

A copy of the letter is attached; you may wish to print the letter for your records.

Yours sincerely,

As u now have the 'copy' of their letter... and that your file is yet 'open' -- I suggest send all those addnl docs asap. This is actually a 'golden chance' for u. Utilize it to your fullest advantage.

The Mantra
for our success in Canada...
___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

With a new country - have a new beginning...
Start afresh... clear-off your minds... overcome prejudices... learn to change - change to learn... look @ life differently... make the Canadian transition... do some self-introspection... appear different... overcome your inhibitions... take risks (u have already taken one while on this journey!)... appreciate the benevolence of this great nation & it's people... make friends [some new ones] - cast, creed, religion, sex, color doesn't matter here... and soon u'd find that "u have arrived"!
U will "make it" eventually...

Hi!   This is a question for Qorax.

I have applied for myself including my spouse and children immigration on 1st Apr'11 and have received my 2nd AOR on this month 4th July'11. Now, the question I have is that my spouse is an IT professional working for a multinational company which has it branches spread across the globe and in Toronto as well and he is exploring an option of getting a transfer internally as and when a right opportunity comes in.

Meanwhile he is also looking for jobs online on Canada but have had not luck until now!

I would like to have your advise on whether he how he can best plan to apply for a job, meanwhile the process of our immigration moves on?

It'd be tough for u to fetch a job while residing overseas... it's a long-shot.

Dear Qorex I should be grateful to you for your kind guidance for the below inquiry...
1-   submitted RPRF fee for me and spouse 490+490 when I sent my full documents to London Visa Office(not knowing that it should       have to be submitted when asked by VO later on).what will happen for this error on my part, will it be wasted away and they ask for afresh RPRF submission?
2-   Initially I had submitted my full documents to vo on Nov15,2010 (as a Pre june 2010 applicant)
3-   got a doubt regarding my points from Education,consulted with you and you also did confirm that my educational points would not qualify me for immigration,I was short of 2 points, went for IELTS again and with GOD's help improved the points which I sent to you and you also confirmed to be ok this time,submitted this new score of IELTS to VO on April 4,2011 with the following items ;
a-IELTS TRF + A covering letter stating a request for consideration of this fresh IELTS score +quoting email ID +CIC File no+ Home address +SCHEDULE 3 form where DATE OF BIRTH+ IELTS Levels of proficiencies are given and ticked accordingly.(is it ok)
4-    then i got 2nd AOR from London vo dated April 14,2011.(will my IELTS sent TRF have stirred /instigated 2nd AOR letter )?
5     -since then I sent vo  a case specific inquiry+2 emails along with the attached file of IELTS TRF, giving reference of already sent IELTS TREF ,but no rply from the VO,should I ask them again to acknowledge my result submission?
6-     will VO have included my TRF into the file and be included into my file?
             thanking you in anticipation ,
              with Love,

1. Actually u have done a wise thing by sending the RPRF earlier... it has saved u some unnecessary BF'Ds.
2. xxx
3. xxx
4. Sending docs in between do get the VO's to review our files... your opinion might probably be correct.
5. They might not respond to repeated & unnecessary queries [on the same subject]. No, don't send anymore for sometime.
6. Yes, your IELTS results WILL BE on your file.

Regards,
