Hi Qorax..
this question might sound dumb.. but i need help..
. My friend who is a newbie in this forum is not able to post topics so this for him.. he is a mining engg and wants to aly in category 0811.. he has appearing for ielts this month.. so tht means he will get his results by march first week..
do u think he can make it to the cap of 10,000 or is it a waste of time and money.. need help.. our consultant says he will make it as 0811 NOC is not likely to get full.. but we are worried abt the other NOCs which might reach full and make it to the cap of 10,000.
Pls help us with answers..
1. Likely date of 10,000 cap reaching
2. NOCs likely to reach 500

Thanks for replying Qorax.. But i refered this www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/NewNOC.aspx and thought i was eligible... In the new code list there is code for human resource professional..is it not right?? Also page shows last modified on 21-02-2012.

Yes, there is, why not?
I'm aware of a few who did get their PPR/PRVs neck-n-neck to their meds expiry. Remember, in such a case CIC gives u an addnl 'grace pd' of 1-2 months to land. I pray that u get to be one of those lucky few!

You have been doing a wonderful job to the forum members. Hope you can advise me about my situation.
Currently I am working in abroad and due to some visa limitations I can't travel to my native place for next 6 months.

In the mean time, in 2010 I have applied to FSW and my visa office in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Recently I did medical & I am hopping the next step would be passport request.  in that case, How can I get the VISA endorsement in the passport without visiting in person?

I also learned that its is illegal to courier the passport to Sri Lanka.  Please advise me what I can do in this situation?

Appriciate your advise on this matter.

U'll have to deposit ur pps @ ur VO, there's just no way around that.

Hi i am from India. I had errors in my & my  wife's COPR docs so i send my and my wife P.P and COPR to NDVO for new COPR as per their requriment. Its almost 25 days i send, but still i haven't received my P.P and COPR docs.I have also mailed them through case specific enquiry but no repsonse from them.
Pls suggest what to do?
I am running out of time

1. U shouldn't have sent them.
2. This is usually returned late.
3. Try telecalling them, visit CHC-ND in person [if u r colocated].
4. Off course email them.
