Sir Qorax,

I would like to know what happens in the case where embassy is closed on bf'd date.
One of my friend has bf'd today but high commission is closed unfortunately.

Will his file be reviewed next day? or will he be given new bf'd?

Its bad news for him i'm afraid??

Thanks lot

*This process has been dispensed with since 26/6/2010, under MI-2. However, the system very much remain the same except that now the stage-2 docs r no more required - and should be sent directly to CIO-NS, as one 'complete advance' package.

Thank you very much for your tireless efforts ...

Dear  Qorax,

I had received my CAIPS notes today and the BFD is still the same feb 2011. no points given yet except for the age...

Processing time as per the cic web site is 23 months....

Do you think they will finalize my case according to that.

Please advise if there is also any other option for me to go to canada.

thanks

Not necessarily.
But usually by 24 months++ a 2010 case should/could expect to complete their process.

Cancelled w/out prejudice = No issues.
Cancelled WITH prejudice = Problem [aka denied]
