so i cordially requsted u to explain what is the situation of my file.is it in process and waiting for final review or my file is not yet go to in process stage or rejection because many of forum members said dm mean rejection.
i have given u the moral of the gcms report.waiting for promt reply from u.there is no bfd date.
Based on what u have notified here it surely looks like your case is "in process".

Hi quorax,
I applied on 8th August 2011. I also got the file number few week before. But till date didn't get PER or NER. So I send mail to CIO few days before. Today I got message from him “Your file is still pending final review and decision by our office. You will be contacted in due course.” So what does it means. Is there PER is completed or not?

Master Qorax, Will this VOs going to Canada during this X mas holiday affect the visa issuance? Ours PPR 1 st Nov & was DM on 7th Nov. 21st Nov VO received our PPs Do they have to issue visa this year only? 6 Weeks time will get over by 31st Dec? Will we get PPs by that time duly PRVs pasted? Frustrated waiting for PPs. Please guide. May be its repeat pl bear with me. mycan U should also note that the reply might not have come from your IO per-sé. At this time of the yr. most Canadian employees of the VO r vacationing @ their homes [flown to Canada] leaving mostly the local staff. And those staff wont do much, especially on decisive activities.
I had said earlier -- this is not a time to communicate with your VOs. It might actually complicate your processing, that is to say 'unnecessary actions/delays' -- 'coz those staff may resort to requesting u unnecessary docs, just to keep the ball rolling... or responding illogically. I would't say s/he 'lied', but their replies could be frivolous.
Qorax

R u planning to fly imdtly? If yes, FYI - u'd most likely get the PRVs by 31/12/2011. If no, then relax! U'd get it as your turn comes... don't get stressed-out... it usually comes back in 4-6 weeks. Good luck. Qorax

Hi All,
address appearing and disappearing has been going on for a while now with the same status msg DM and AR, without any clue if the application is rejected or in process. When you click on DM status it shows the same story:
We received your application for permanent residence on April 12, 2010. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 24, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision
While reading couple of posts observed that there is an additional line for few members stating something like "Your application has been transferred to ND VO or some respective visa office with a date on it"
now my question is did this additional line appear for any of the applicants who applied to ND VO? I am a pre-june applicant NOC 4131, appreciate if someone can throw some light on this status msgs

Many professional bodies act likewise. U could submit a request to your univ. alongwith the requisite 'courier charges' and follow the despatch up. BTW, most accredited univs. would know the procedure & would play along. QoraxPs.: Sorry, I haven't hit that thread lately.
