hi guys!

i have a query. i don't live in uk but my visa office is chc london. in case they grant me visa, who will issue the visa, chc london or the chc of the country where i live?? secondly if chc london wants to issue the visa how should we send passport out of country??

some people said it is illegal to send passport out of country. Do chc know that??? if yes why they ask for passport from another country via courier or post??

At present in which country you are in?
If your visa office is london then you have to send your PP to london only. As the officer who processed your application, only can issue you the visa. That is the reason why we need to choose our visa office carefully.

regarding sending the PP from one country to other, it depends on the rules and regulations of that country, for example in India it is illegal to send PP through post or courier. If you want to send PP from india to other countries some one should carry our PP and we need to give him authorisation letter explaining the reason for sending PP out of country.
