I worked for one restaurant as a supervisor from feb1-july1 2011(i have ROE of this job for experience proof) and then i got the job at other restaurant and i started working from 15th july- present....but now my present employer wants to close the restaurant in coming april 2012...so my questions are-
1) M i eligible to apply for PR under FSW in coming feb 2012(when i will have 1 year canadian experience)?
2)If i m eligible should i apply for PR(in feb) before looking for other job or should i find new job n new LMO, new work permit then apply for PR.
3) Is transferring LMO from old employer to new is difficult or not.....n my previous employer wants to hire me....Is this will favor me in LMO transfer? bcoz i also have a 6 months work experience with this employer.
I had open work permit from sep 2010-sep2011...but now i m under LMO exempt wp till nov 2013.
M sorry guys for asking too many questions....
but i am in very bad situation n i don't know anybody who can help me in this matter....so please please help meeee....
Dear Ma'am,
1. For FSW u r anyway eligible [with 1yr of exp in the NOC in the last 10 yrs.]. CEC u r not.
2. U could apply inland in Feb-12, since your NOC hasn't yet been capped; & join the other employer as well... it's your choice.
3. I don't think so... if the previous employer is facilitating that's perfectly alright.
