There was a case of selling liquor to minor back in 2009.  I was not arrested but was fined $500 which I paid right then and cleared the case but new PCC i just received has that information in it.Will that be a problem?HuhHuhHuh

Did you declare that on your application?  If not, then yes you have a potential problem (because you did not declare it on your application.)

If that happened since your application, you will need to write a letter explaining the circumstances along with that FBI report.  It doesn't sound like something that would make you criminally inadmissible to Canada, but I'm not an attorney and I don't know the equivalent charge in Canada.  CIC may also now ask you to get the state police clearance and any court records you have regarding this matter (to substantiate your claim.)   If they do support your claim, you might wish to include those documents with your explanatory letter.

Thank you very much Mr Qorax!! You saved my life!!

 @ computergeek: I donot think, this is a big issue now because, when I applied in 2010 Jan, I had sent PCC straight to CIC, I didnot even got a copy. If it was a problem, it would have pointed out right then. Now they already processed my file and I even paid RPRF. Any way thank you for your caution, I appreciate it.
