Hi,

I am a Pakistani currently living in Germany.I am a 2007 applicant of Berlin office .Recently I got married and added my wife to my application.I received medicals for both of us.As my wife is still in Pak so she took her Medicals there and me in Germany. As berlin office takes almost a month or so to issue PPR after medicals so i m expecting PPR anytime.

Now the question is that wife is having problems in getting long term visa for Germany, her application is still in process but it could take upto 6 months. What if I receive PPR for both of us before than that(there is a strong possibility for it) how could I send her passport to Berlin for visa stamping. Is it possible that I get my PP stamped in Berlin and she get in ISD as it is illegal to send or even carry passports outside of Pakistan. Can I request Berlin office for this purpose ?

Please advice

The pps for the entire family goes to the same VO - the case processing CHC... Berlin in your case. U cannot segregate it. U have to find an arrangement to bring her pps to Germany.

Thanks very much qorax .Is it possible that PPs of both of us could be stamped at ISD ?
I have seen London Office advising the same to some Pakistani applicants ,residing in Pakistan ,to get their PPS stamped at ISD.If you or anyone has come across such situation ?
Moreover will it be a wise idea to mention the example of London office to Berlin Office at this moment.

Your input will be highly appreciated.

Pps have to go to "that" CHC which is processing your case... it will be CHC-Berlin for you.
