I received an email from Detroit VO today requesting me to send the passports, recent photos and a form to fill out. In the form, the first items says: "ENSURE YOU PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION FOR YOU, YOUR SPOUSE AND CHILDREN EVEN IF THEY
ARE NOT ACCOMPANYING YOU: LAST NAME, FIRST NAME, HEIGHT AND EYE COLOR"

Here is my situation. I applied for PR under FSW for me and my wife. Also, I included in the application my son as a dependant, not immigrant, as he was  born in Canada and holds Canadian Citzenship.

My question is, should I include my son's information even though he won't immigrate with us as he is Canadian as I mentioned earlier.

I think you should include your son's name "EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT ACCOMPANYING YOU" is the qualifying statement.

I think they just mean they won't accompanying you during landing process. I mean my wife and I can get the visa but we land in different days. That how I understand it.
I am not trying to be complecating things here. I just wanna make sure I am not sending wrong information.
