now i am  in quebec my pr card will be come in next few days ,   i have medical survls papers but due to certain reasons i will have to go back to my home country asap.please guide me
 
is there  an possibility to attend medical survls formalities on next visit, please tell me but should i do.

i did't make appoinment with health authorities yet.
