hi all

i applied last year for fsw but was rejected because the cap had reached.....

i am going to be applying as skilled worker on july 1st

i noticed that in my previous application there were some gaps/mistakes that i have since corrected in my new application

will that affect me?

also

i applied for visit visa last year (june 2010) and as occupation i put student and was issued a visa

will that affect me?

annulled marriage

widowed

common-law
legally separated

in this form... shud i follow the same answer in the IMM 5406  which ask for Marital Status?

Qorax,

hello i ahve another issue will 2 Jobs declared at the same time JEOPARDIZE or be a POSITIVE impact in my application.

I have cert to prove both jobs .

one is at night call centre,,,

day job is being a Company Pharmacist ... if so can give me tips on how to make my docs stronmger/validate this..
or should i just drop one of the jobs?

pls i need guidance..
