Hi seniors,
I have a relative who applied for his Canadian citizenship. He needs also to renew his passport in his home country. Do you think that he will need to submit his original passport to the immigration and citizenship after applying. Can he postpone renewing his passport until he knows when the immigration and citizenship will ask for the passport.
Thanks,

Passport need to be submitted in the last stage only. He should renew his passport at the earliest opportunity and send a copy to the visa office for their records. No  need to wait.!!
