Hi

As there are growing number of Postal letters are being lost sent by the CIC, Can I give courier postage with Medical form so that Immigration section sends subsequent letters in reliable couriers like DHL, FedEx? or I can simply request them to do so on their own cost?

You can send return paid courier envelopes with your address on it to the visa office. They will use it accordingly. If applicable in your case, you should send international return envelopes depending on your courier service terms and conditions. DHL, FedEx and Aramex do it usually in some countries. However enquire with the courier companies. Visa offices never shoulder courier charges for  correspondances to applicants at their own cost.
