Hi guys,

I talked to a lawyer today. I have already applied under FSW in Nov 2010. I asked him if he would take my case in the middle as i thought it would be easier to have him handle my case in the future. He said he doesnt take cases in the middle. And that if i was interested he could file all over again and that i did not need to revoke my old FSW  application.
So he basically said i could have 2 applications ( one that i submitted previously and one that he would submit) being processed at the same time. Has anyone heard of this?

Yes, there is a member in this forum who just landed based on fast track FSW, When then he withdrew his old application. Nothing in the regulations deny you the right to submit twice.

But, why you need to do so. You are aware that NOC and laws have changed. Your earlier NOC might be there now.

Thanks Mezo. Well i thought it would be better if a lawyer completes my application instead of me as i know i made a few mistakes on my application.

You can run 2 applications in parallel. When one is approved, you can withdraw other
