Qorax and other seniors I need your advice

I got a letter yesterday from Buffalo office saying that I may not meet the minimum requirement for the reason that my offer of arranged employment has been more than a year and my work permit expired on may 4, 2011. however, i have applied for new work permit before my work permit expired. So i am under implied staus now. have you guys ever heard of this situation before? i sent letters and documentations proving my implied status in canada. Im kinda nervous about this.
