When filling the PR Card form, does Section B and C of Form 5444 pertain to new landed immigrant or the already immigrant in canada? That is , does questions like these pertain to us landing the first time: Example: Enter the city and province where you became a permanent resident of Canada. Enter your addresses/educational from 5 years back???
