Under the heading "personal details of your mother" They are asking Family name of my mother at the time of birth,

Obviously it is different from his present family name, my concern is that, In the first space should I write


my mother's family name before marriage and in the second space (where there is written given Name(s),

Should I write her full current name(s)
I appreciate any help

I put the same querry on some other forum, they replied as it is clearly written there, they r asking your

 mother name at birth, which means her family name before marriage.so I did the same
