hi guys!

I've applied for csq in 2007  and I got rejection letter stating less marks in frence lnaguage. they didn't gave me a points in area of training.If i gets 5 points from area of training then definitely i'll success , I wrote a letter for administrative review in October 23 2009. how long should it takes to get decisions. Does new rules effect on my case which was declared in octobre 13 2009.
