Today Qantas Airlines survived a Mid Air Crash with its 2nd Engine in the left exploded mid air over Indonesian Airspace on its way to sydney. Over 400 passengers's lives got saved !

It is not good that an engine explodes, but it is a pretty amazing testament to the overall integrity of that plane.

The folks at Rolls Royce will be working hard on that trent 900 engine to discover the problem, engine shut downs are common, but an un-contained engine failure is not usual.

i don't want to hear about airplane mishaps  Smiley makes me nervous...

if and when i finally get my PR visa, i hope i don't get nervous while on a 12 hour flight to vancouver...i heard there's a lot of turbulence during the winter season...

Lufthansa and  Singapore Airlines use Trent 900.

Whereas I am very glad all the passenger's lives were saved, can you tell me what your post has to do with obtaining a Permanent Resident Visa for Canada in the Skilled Worker category?

before he informed us about terrorist threat on qatar / emirates airways . i think now he is trying to tell that plane journey is risky so better avoid planes and travel by train or ship Smiley
