I'm about to submit my sponsorship papers to CIC and I'm not sure how I should be putting everything together. For those that have done this already... any advice to give? tips?

Should I include the supporting documents with the applications or break it up into 3? the sponsor apps (for me), principal applicant (my hubby) and the supporting documents, OR should I include the corresponding supporting docs along with and in-beween the apps?

Pictures; is it better to put them in clear pockets (like those in an album) or loose?

This has probably been asked before but; what about paperclips? bullclips? are these okay? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

We used paperclips for all forms and supporting documents.  Made sure all documents are filed in the same order as asked for in the guide.  All pictures were scanned and printed with number and short description of the people on the photo, date and place.

Good luck
