PR/Workpermit/ Visa Extension at same time

Hello,
I graduated from one of the Ontario Universities. I found during my studies and I joined the very next day of my final exam. Pretty nice job. Anyways, I lost that due to few reasons. Now the following questions

1) I applied for PGWP on 14 October. It takes 81 days I believe to receive it. Applying for PR along with that through PNP. PNP takes around 45 days I heard from my friends who got it. I am in Ontario right now. I got a very good opportunity abroad which I wanted to avail. Is it possible that I apply for PR from abroad ? I want to send it to embassy which takes the least time. Once I get my PR or Job, I want to return to Canada. Secondly, Is it possible to apply for visa extension while living in another country. Like I am doing job abroad and I apply for Visa Extension [ While already have a Work permit ], is their any chance they will refuse it. Since I have already applied for PNP and PR , but I am not in Canada. PNP states that you intend to live in Canada

2) For my Spouse, do I need to attach her degrees & Marriage Certificates & Wedding Pictures ? [in PNP]. Documents required on PNP site are very minimum but every one suggesting me to attach documents, which are not even mentioned on the site. What do you guys suggest ?

3) Once I get my PNP, me & My Spouse have to apply to embassy which is near to them respectively or to the embassy that is near to me[ Main sponsor] . Both of us are in different countries.

4) Any time line of visa extension, If I apply while living in Ontario ?
