No status as status is revoked for misrepresentation of material facts.
Given PRRA,i am on welfare(Social Assistance) but have 2kids born here.
is there a chance or just pack and leave?
Cant buy my ticket though.
My negative strikes can be and or not less than below...............will be bounced to Israel.
Can i survive the PRRA?Appealing it if denied or just pack and leave?
1.welfare
2.disease(Hiv)
3.misrepresented
What are my chances?if no chance then i will just pack and leave but there is some little chance i will wait....Any replies?

PRRA means Pre Removal RISK Assessment. Unless you are at risk of persecution or torture if returned to your home country, and can prove it, you will have no chance at PRRA. Only 2% of PRRA applications are successful. |

Are they gonna stop it soon or till i leave?
I am suppose to return to Israel,there is no real danger when i return except marital/family problems as far as my HIV is concerned.

Very doubtful with the PRRA. You may be able to file an H&C application. You NEED an immigration lawyer or consultant who specializes in this. |

The PRRA has nothing to do with having Canadian born children. It's about whether you will be in danger if you return to your home country. |

Does H&C still make my removal pending whiles its in progress? Can i defer removal while H&C is in progress? whiles i know PRRA will not help me as far as the country i came from is concerned,I will try H&C but how long does it take and do i have to get a job before applying? I am still on welfare with 2 little ones with me |

The reason i am asking all these questions which seems to be clearly answered by some clever people here is to note if i am paying money for a lawyer for something that may not be achieved is.....
If i put in H&C and i will still be removed based upon my strikes,then i am ready to go myself.
The most important question is,how long do i have between H&C to removal?
If it is weeks,i will pack and leave on april 10th.
Please help me get details well becos lawyers want 300$ for consultation.

Pack and leave yourself by the removal date.
Apply from your own country for H & C.

If you can prove that you will be torture or killed in your country, you might have a chance of 2% of winning the PRRA. if you can prove that you and/or your kids will experience an unusual hardship going back to Israel you might have a case of H & C, but that can take years and will not stop a removal. The good news is, even if were already in Israel after a favorable decision is made in your H & C, you would be able to come back to Canada.

My husband wants to return with the kids and have said there is no hardships for us in israel to the CBSA which is right.
But i prefer to stay here if i could.
