Hi guys I need help because my husband made my PRPF online , and he received the receipt ato his email and we dont know if we have to fill up this form with my personal information ( my name. client id_) or with his information, please help
so i have to send one copy to Missisauga and another one to my VO???

He fills it with the sponsor's information. Send a copy to CPC-M and one to the visa office, yes.
