Proving that I will be in Canada by the time the PR is approved

Hey Everyone,

I was just wondering what everyone has submitted to prove that they will be moving to Canada once PR is approved.  My wife and I are currently living in the US.

We have a place to stay while we are looking for jobs and also a place to stay.  We will probably have my parents gaurantee a rental for us, but is there anything else that I can submit to prove this. 

Also do I submit this information when I send the application in or is that something that I submit later on?
