Proving Strrong ties

Does anyone have any suggestions on proving strong ties??.. I am currently living with my grandmother which is retired n pensioned.. I dont have any kids.. im not married or own anything and Im currently unemployed since I told my employer I would be going to canada to study. My sole purpose is to go to canada, study , get my degree and return to my home country with a better chance at a better job, but it seems this burden to prove strong ties has tied me down from achieving this. I have already been denied once because I couldnt satistfy the officer I would return home. Given my personal situation.. HOW DO I PROOF MY STRONG TIES?>..any help or suggestions would help. thank you
