Hi,
I would like to know if we can stay back in Canada once we become a Provincial nominee here but do not have a valid work permit?

How are you applying under PNP?  If you are applying as a worker sponsored by your employer, your application is tied to that job and you must continue to work for that employer until you get your PR.  If your work permit expires after you have your PNP nomination, you do not need an LMO to get it extended.

Why don't you talk to your PNP about this.  I am sure they can give you all the information you need.
